The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the heavens with constellations, 1 by the Promised Day, 2 And by oath of the day that is a witness and by oath of a day in which the people present themselves. 3 slain were the Men of the Pit, 4 the fire abounding in fuel, 5 When they sat by it (fire), 6 and were witnessing what they did to the believers. 7 They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Surely (as for) those who persecute the believing men and the believing women, then do not repent, they shall have the chastisement of hell, and they shall have the chastisement of burning. 10 As for the righteously striving believers, they will live in Paradise wherein streams flow. This is the greatest triumph. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 Lo! He it is Who produceth, then reproduceth, 13 He is the All-forgiving, the Most Loving One, 14 The Lord of the glorious Throne, 15 The Doer of whatever He wants. 16 Have you not heard the story of the hosts 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 In fact, the disbelievers had always rejected (Our revelations). 19 But God surrounds them from all sides. 20 Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an. 21 (Preserved) on the guarded tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
