Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
