The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
