Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8
