Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
SAY: "I seek refuge with the Sustainer of the rising dawn, 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads, 3 from the evil of the women who blow on knots, 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
