۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
