Say, (O Prophet): “I call on my Lord alone, and I do not associate aught with Him in His Divinity.” 20 Say, "It is not in my power to cause you either harm or good?" 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 They shall go on denying until they; behold that which they are promised wherefore then they shall know who were weaker in protectors and fewer in number. 24 Say, "I do not know if what you are promised is near or if my Lord will grant for it a [long] period." 25 The All Knowing of all the hidden does not give anyone the control over His secrets. 26 unless it be to an apostle whom He has been pleased to elect [there for]: and then He sends forth [the forces of heaven] to watch over him in whatever lies open before him and in what is beyond his ken 27 That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things. 28
