It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 Assuredly this we have been promised - we and our fathers - aforetime: naught is this but the fables of the ancients. 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
