ART THOU NOT aware of how far they who call God's messages in question have lost sight of the truth? 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 When the yokes (shall be) round their necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along- 71 into boiling water, then, into the Fire they shall be poured. 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 Apart from God?" They will answer: "They have left us in the lurch and fled. In fact it was nothing that we prayed to before." That is how God sends the unbelievers astray. 74 'That is because you rejoiced in the earth without right, and were exultant. 75 So enter the gates of Hell to abide in it for ever." How evil the abode of the arrogant! 76 So be patient, [O Muhammad]; indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them or We take you in death, it is to Us they will be returned. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
