We sent Moses with Our signs and full authority 96 to Pharaoh and his Council; but they followed Pharaoh's command, and Pharaoh's command was not right-minded. 97 He will go ahead of his people on the Day of Resurrection, and will lead them into the Fire, and evil indeed is the place to which they are led. 98 And they are overtaken by curse in this (world), and on the resurrection day, evil the gift which shall be given. 99 That is an account of some towns which We recount to you. Of them some are still standing and some have been mown down. 100 And We did not oppress them at all, but it is they who wronged themselves – therefore their deities, whom they worshipped other than Allah, did not in the least benefit them when your Lord’s command came; and due to them, they increased nothing but ruin. 101 Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, and severe. 102 Indeed, for he who fears the punishment of the Everlasting Life that is a sign. That is a Day on which everyone shall be assembled. That shall be a witnessed Day. 103 during a single day. We have deferred this day for an appointed time. 104 On the day when it shall come, no soul shall speak except with His permission, then (some) of them shall be unhappy and (others) happy. 105 Those who are wretched shall be in the Fire: There will be for them therein (nothing but) the heaving of sighs and sobs: 106 Where they will dwell so long as heaven and earth endure, unless your Lord will otherwise. Verily your Lord does as He wills. 107 ۞ And those who are blessed, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord will, a gift without an end. 108 So be not in doubt (O Muhammad SAW) as to what these (pagans and polytheists) men worship. They worship nothing but what their fathers worshipped before (them). And verily, We shall repay them in full their portion without diminution. 109
