And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
