۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 And this is not hard to Allah. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 And the blind and the seeing are not alike 19 nor darkness and light; 20 nor cool shade and torrid heat; 21 nor are the living and the dead. God causes whom He will to hear Him, but you cannot make those who are in their graves hear you. 22 You are purely a Herald of Warning. 23 Indeed, We have sent you with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And there was no nation but that there had passed within it a warner. 24 And if they belie thee, then surely those before them have also belied. Their apostles came unto them with evidences and scriptures and a Book luminous. 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
