But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you, 36 (Sitting) in groups on the right and on the left (of you, O Muhammad SAW)? 37 Does every man among them aspire to be admitted into the Garden of serenity? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We have the power 40 To replace them by those better than them; and none can escape from Us. 41 Therefore leave them, involved in their indecencies and play, till they confront their day which they are promised. 42 The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as racing to a goal, 43 with downcast eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them: that Day which they were promised again and again 44
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
