And when thy Lord called to Moses, 'Go to the people of the evildoers, 10 "The people of the Pharaoh: will they not fear Allah?" 11 He said: "My Lord! I fear that they will brand me a liar. 12 And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron. 13 They also have a sin against me, and I fear they will slay me.' 14 He said, “Not like this (any more); both of you go with Our signs, We are with you, All Hearing.” 15 Go to the Pharaoh and tell him: 'We bring a message from the Lord of all the worlds 16 so send forth with us the Children of Israel." 17 Pharaoh said: "Did we not bring you up among us when you were a child? 18 You spent many years of your life among us and then you committed that deed of yours. You are very ungrateful indeed." 19 He said: I did it then, when I was of those who are astray. 20 "So I fled from you (all) when I feared you; but my Lord has (since) invested me with judgment (and wisdom) and appointed me as one of the messengers. 21 And that favour wherewith thou didst oblige me was that thou hadst enslaved the Children of Isra'il? 22 Said Pharaoh, "And what is the Lord of the worlds?" 23 He said: The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, if you would be sure. 24 Said [Pharaoh] unto those around him: "Did you hear [what he said]?" 25 He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of old. 26 [Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad." 27 [Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason." 28 Pharaoh said: "If you take any god other than me, I will certainly make you one of those (who are rotting) in prison." 29 Musa (Moses) said: "Even if I bring you something manifest (and convincing)?" 30 (Pharaoh) said: Produce it then, if thou art of the truthful! 31 So (Moses) cast his staff, and lo, it turned into a living serpent. 32 and he drew forth his hand - and lo! it appeared [shining] white to the beholders. 33

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
