The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
