The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the snorting chargers, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
