Say: My Lord! If Thou shouldst show me that which they are promised. 93 "Then, O my Lord! put me not amongst the people who do wrong!" 94 Surely We are able to show you what We warn them against. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in You from evil suggestions of the satans. 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 But you took them for a mockery until they made you forget My remembrance and you used to laugh at them. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will reply: 'A day, or part of a day; ask those who have kept count' 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 Exalted then be God, the King, the Real. There is no god but He, the Lord of the glorious throne. 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. 118
