Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, [both] apparent and unapparent? But of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening Book [from Him]. 20 And when it is said unto them: follow that which Allah hath sent down, they say: nay! we shall follow that which we found our fathers upon. What! even though the Satan had been calling on them unto the torment of the Blaze. 21 ۞ And whoever submits himself wholly to Allah and he is the doer of good (to others), he indeed has taken hold of the firmest thing upon which one can lay hold; and Allah's is the end of affairs. 22 So let the unbelief of the unbeliever not grieve you. To Us is their return and then We shall inform them of all that they did. Surely Allah knows well even the secrets that are hidden in the breasts (of people). 23 We allow them to enjoy themselves a while in the world and then We shall drive them in utter helplessness to a harsh chastisement. 24 If you were to ask them: “Who created the heavens and the earth?” they will certainly reply: “Allah.” Say: “All praise and thanks be to Allah.” Yet most of them do not know. 25 Allah's is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. Verily Allah! He is the Self-Sufficient, the Praiseworthy. 26 If all the trees of the earth were pens and the oceans ink, with many more oceans for replenishing them, the colloquy of God would never come to end. He is indeed all-mighty and all-wise. 27 And your creation or your resurrection is in no wise but as an individual soul: for Allah is He Who hears and sees (all things). 28 Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted? 29 That is because God is the Truth, and what they call upon besides Him is falsehood. God is the Most High, the Supreme One. 30
