The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
