Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I CALL TO witness those who scatter (dust) by dispersing, 1 And those that lift and bear away heavy weights; 2 which then smoothly speed along, 3 then by the distributors (angels), ordered; 4 indeed, that which you are promised is true, 5 And verily the Requital is surely to befall. 6 by the heaven full of tracks, 7 surely, you are in different sayings, 8 Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah). 9 Perish the conjecturers 10 and who wander in the abyss of confusion. 11 They ask: When is the Day of Judgment? 12 (It will be) a Day when they will be tried (i.e. burnt) over the Fire! 13 (And it will be said unto them): Taste your torment (which ye inflicted). This is what ye sought to hasten. 14 Indeed the pious are among Gardens and water springs. 15 Taking that which their Lord giveth them; for lo! aforetime they were doers of good; 16 They slept but a little at night, 17 and in the mornings they would ask for forgiveness; 18 And the beggar and the destitute had a share in their wealth. 19 There are signs in the earth for those who are firm in their faith, 20 just as [there are signs thereof] within your own selves: can you not, then, see? 21 And in the heaven is your providence and that which ye are promised; 22 So by the Lord of heaven and earth, it is as surely true as that you have speech. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
