Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Those who disbelieved from among the people of the Book and the associaters could not break off, until there had come unto them the evidence. 1 a Messenger from God, reciting pages purified, 2 therein true Books. 3 Nor did the People of the Book make schisms, until after there came to them Clear Evidence. 4 They were commanded only to worship God, offering Him sincere devotion, to be sincere in their faith, to pray regularly; and to give alms, for that is the right religion. 5 Those of the deniers of truth among the People of the Book and the polytheists will dwell forever in Hell-fire. They are the worst of creatures. 6 [And,] verily, those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds - it is they, they who are the best of all creatures. 7 Their reward is with their Lord: Gardens of Eden underneath which rivers flow, wherein they dwell for ever. Allah hath pleasure in them and they have pleasure in Him. This is (in store) for him who feareth his Lord. 8
