Al-Rahman 3 of 3
For any who fears to stand before his Lord are two Gardens. 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 With spreading branches. 48 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 Reclining there on carpets lined with brocade, fruits of the garden hanging low within reach. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 63 Of darkest verdant green -- 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 67 Therein will be fruits and dates and pomegranates. 68 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Most Auspicious is the name of your Lord, the Most Majestic and the Most Honourable. 78
