We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
