Does it not guide the people who inherit the land from former people that We can punish them for their sins if We will? And seal up their hearts so that they would not be able to lend an ear to words of guidance? 100 Such were the townships. We relate some tidings of them unto thee (Muhammad). Their messengers verily came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), but they could not believe because they had before denied. Thus doth Allah print upon the hearts of disbelievers (that they hear not). 101 And We found most of them not true to their words; and indeed We found most of them disobedient. 102 Then We sent after them Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were unjust toward them. So see how was the end of the corrupters. 103 Moses told the Pharaoh, "I am a Messengers from the Lord of the Universe. 104 so constituted that I cannot say anything about God but the truth. I have now come unto you with a clear evidence from your Sustainer: let, then, the children of Israel go with me!" 105 The Pharaoh asked Moses to show his miracles if he was telling the truth. 106 So Moses threw down his staff and suddenly it turned into a real serpent. 107 And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it was white to the beholders. 108
