We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
