Allah created the heavens and the earth in Truth that each person may be requited for his deeds. They shall not be wronged. 22 Hast thou seen him who maketh his desire his god, and Allah sendeth him astray purposely, and sealeth up his hearing and his heart, and setteth on his sight a covering? Then who will lead him after Allah (hath condemned him)? Will ye not then heed? 23 And they said, “There is nothing except our life of this world – we die and we live – and nothing destroys us except the passage of time”; and they do not have any knowledge of it; they only make guesses. 24 And when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, their only contention is: “Bring back to us our fathers if you are truthful.” 25 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Allah giveth life to you, then causeth you to die, then gathereth you unto the Day of Resurrection whereof there is no doubt. But most of mankind know not. 26
