What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
