The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not cause their schemes to go astray? 2 Thus, He let loose upon them great swarms of flying creatures 3 which showered them with small pebbles of clay 4 So He made them like the leftover devoured leaves of farms? 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
