Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 Those who deny the Book and what We have sent down with Our apostles, will soon come to know 70 When iron collars will be rounded over their necks, and the chains, they shall be dragged along. 71 In boiling water; they will then be ignited* in the fire. (Like fuel – see verse 2:24) 72 It will then be asked of them: 'Where are those whom you associated, 73 They will reply, "They have abandoned us. In fact, we had worshipped nothing" Thus does God cause the disbelievers to go astray. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 Enter [now] the gates of hell, therein to abide: and how vile an abode for all who are given to false pride!" 76 So be patient, (O Prophet). Surely Allah's promise is true. Whether We show them a part of the woeful consequences against which We warn them (while you are still in their midst) or We recall you (from this world) before that, eventually it is to Us that they shall be brought back. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
