What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
