Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Those who disbelieved from among the people of the Book and the associaters could not break off, until there had come unto them the evidence. 1 a Messenger (Muhammad) from God, reciting to them parts of the purified, 2 in which there are valuable Books. 3 And those who were given the Book did not become divided except after clear evidence had come to them. 4 And they have been commanded no more than this: To worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith); to establish regular prayer; and to practise regular charity; and that is the Religion Right and Straight. 5 Those who disbelieved – be they from among the People of the Book or among those who associated others with Allah in His Divinity– shall be in the Fire, and will abide in it. They are the worst of creatures. 6 The righteously striving believers are the best of all creatures. 7 Whose reward is with their Lord -- gardens of Eden with rivers flowing by, where they will abide for ever, God pleased with their service, they with obedience to Him. This (awaits) him who stands in awe of his Lord. 8
