And those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: It may be that a part of that which ye would hasten on is close behind you. 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Wherefore put thy trust in Allah; verily thou art on manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
