ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
