I do not need to swear by what you see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he (Muhammad SAW) had forged a false saying concerning Us (Allah), 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
