Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

THE AVARICE OF plenitude keeps you occupied 1 until you go down to your graves. 2 You shall know. 3 nay, again, you shall soon come to know. 4 And yet if you knew with positive knowledge 5 You will surely see the Hellfire. 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours. 8

Almighty Allah's Truth.
