O Ye who believe! seek help in patience and prayer; verily Allah is with the patient. 153 And say not of those slain in God's way, 'They are dead'; rather they are living, but you are not aware. 154 Be sure We shall try you with something of fear and hunger and loss of wealth and life and the fruits (of your labour); but give tidings of happiness to those who have patience, 155 Those who say when calamity befalls them, “Indeed we belong to Allah and indeed it is to Him we are to return.” 156 Those are they on whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord, and those are the followers of the right course. 157 ۞ Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing. 158 They who conceal Our signs and the guidance We have sent them and have made clear in the Book, are condemned of God and are condemned by those who are worthy of condemning. 159 Except those who repent and amend and make manifest (the truth). These it is toward whom I relent. I am the Relenting, the Merciful. 160 But those who deny, and die disbelieving, bear the condemnation of God and the angels and that of all men, 161 Under which they will live, and their suffering will neither decrease nor be respite for them. 162 Our Lord is the only Lord. There is no God but He, the Beneficent and Merciful. 163
