We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
