Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 storming tempestuously 2 And those that revive by quickening, 3 Then separate them, one from another, 4 And those that bring down the Reminder 5 By way of excuse or warning. 6 Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 The heavens split asunder, 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For which day were they appointed? 12 To the Day of Decision. 13 How will you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 That is what We shall do to those who are guilty of crime. 18 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 19 Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid 20 Then We placed it in a place of safety (womb), 21 Till a limit known? 22 So We decreed. How excellent are We as decreers! 23 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 24 Have We not made the earth a repository 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 Depart to a triple-massing shadow 30 (Which yet is) no relief nor shelter from the flame. 31 It will throw out sparks as logs of wood 32 sparks like to golden herds. 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak. 35 Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas. 36 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 37 That will be a Day of Decision! We have brought you and the men of old together! 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40
