Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
