Now surely, unto Pharaoh's folk [too] came such warnings; 41 They, too, rejected all Our signs. So We seized them with the seizure of One Mighty, Omnipotent. 42 Are your unbelievers (of Makkah) any better than they? Or have you been granted any immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: "We are a group united, [and therefore] bound to prevail"? 44 The hosts shall soon be routed and they shall be put to flight. 45 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our Order is but one word like the flashing of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22). 53 The pious ones will live in Paradise wherein streams flow, 54 in a sure abode, in the presence of a King Omnipotent. 55
God the Almighty always says the truth.
