The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
