Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
