Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
