Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
