The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
