And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period." 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He said, “Just imagine – when we had taken shelter near the rock, so indeed I forgot the fish; and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it; and the fish took its way into the sea – its amazing!” 63 Moses said: "That is what we were looking for." So the two turned back, retracing their footsteps, 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Musa (Moses) said to him (Khidr) "May I follow you so that you teach me something of that knowledge (guidance and true path) which you have been taught (by Allah)?" 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 He said: If Allah pleases, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey you in any matter. 69 He said, “Therefore if you stay with me, do not ask me about anything until I myself mention it to you.” 70
