The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
