Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then he who transgressed 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
