And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 Even when Gog and Magog are let loose and they shall break forth from every elevated place. 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 You and all those who you were worshipping, other than Allah, shall be the fuel of Gehenna; there you shall all go down to it. 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 They will bray in it and not be able to hear anything in it. 100 Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom. 101 no sound thereof will they hear; and they will abide in all that their souls have ever desired. 102 The greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels will receive them: 'This is the Day you have been promised' 103 (This will happen) on the day when We roll up the heavens as if it were a written scroll and bring it back into existence just as though We had created it for the first time. This is what We have promised and We have always been true to Our promise. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, say: "I have proclaimed this in equity unto all of you alike; but I do not know whether that [judgment] which you are promised [by God] is near or far [in time]. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 "I know not but that it may be a trial for you, and a grant of (worldly) livelihood (to you) for a time." 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112
