Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
